Based on the employee demographics of a client and their ultimate objectives – shelter from taxation, wealth accumulation, and/or employee retention and benefits – we explore any number of plan alternatives, including but not limited to 401(k) and Profit Sharing plans, Defined Benefit and Pension plans, and non-qualified executive compensation plans. In the process of exploring those alternatives, we present those plan scenarios to the client, both providing them with an education of our services as well as ensuring that we have met their core objectives.

In addition to front-end plan design, we hold ourselves accountable to the client for reviewing their design and consulting with the client annually to ensure that their goals, demographics and cash positions do not require a change in plan design or provisions.
